Symphonie Valais Pinot Noir 2019

39th birthday / Memorial Day party. Swiss SB - so mineral with none of the typical tropical SB notes you expect. — a month ago

This is a Bordeaux blend. Tasty and in a good place. Nicely herbal along with cassis fruit. — 2 months ago

L'Alpage Chasselas 2020

Light yellow, excellent clarity. Floral nose. Lime and orchard fruit flavors, mineral and lactic finish, lime zest and floral aftertaste. Light on fruit, good body but a bit thin in viscosity, almost crisp. Refreshing and light — 14 days ago

Wine in the Swiss lounges is never great, but the Swiss liquor is good. Classical pear; one of the best ones out there — a month ago

Cave Des Rois St-Saphorin Syrah 2020

Pretty purple dress. First superb nose both fresh and peppery on small black blueberry, blackcurrant, violet flower; then more surprising notes on mountain climates and stink in Switzerland for me. It evokes more southern notes of syrah, such as Cornas, St-Joseph, bacon and smoke without the graphite charcoal side. Really a beautiful cuvée that connects two types of syrah usually tasted. The mouth is fluid. Cuvée full of charm with certainly cold extraction to infuse the fruit to the maximum without excess alcohol. Congratulations Switzerland once again! 🙏🇨🇭

Jolie robe pourpre. 🙏🇨🇭
