Truly the star of the entire day. I legit got tears in my eyes because this Riesling was so beautiful. Bruised yellow apple, singed lemon peel, ginger, wilting jasmine, thyme, petrol, and a tiny bit of peach are woven together by juicy acidity and a lush mouthfeel. Aromatic, mineral, complex, and balanced. I got a bottle to bring home, obviously. — 6 days ago

@Severn Goodwin I tend to agree! I liked their property and winery, and the people were nice. But I was not impressed by their wine. It was fine but nothing interesting!

@Sharon B I wondered if it might not, too! But it did! I wouldn’t say it was a flavor bomb but there was flavor there. Very high acid. The beta line is their experimental range.
