One of my favorite wines ever. Tressalier and Chardonnay blend. Nose is rich and buttery like and old school Meursault but has so much sea air mineral expression it’s unreal. Gorgeous. Palate is stunning if a bit young. This needs air but the bones are there. Juicy, clean, pure, rich, like a Meursault but super fresh and textured. So elegant and dense. What a wine. Let’s see what air does. Getting nutty as well. 9.4 to 9.5 overnight. Stunning today. Fresh, textured and energetic. Icing on cake texture and so pure. Almost a 9.6. — 9 months ago
Best pétillant maceration spiced peach skins all fresh no va no off vibes slayed — 2 years ago
Took to a Dutch BYOB.So it was PnP.
Very sappy, cherry skins and pits. Dense, opened up over the course of dinner. Could have been the Pork shank. Forest fruits and dark brightness, an oxymoron I know. Delicious stuff wether you decant or not. Some yrs. won’t hurt.

After pressing dried grapes from making Amarone, Valpolicella wine is passed over the still warm skins of Amarone for 2nd alcoholic fermentation, increasing the alcoholic content, aromas and color. Blend of 85% Corvina, 10% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta. Deep Ruby with aromas of sweet dried berry fruits and pepper spice. On the palate ripe blackberry, currants and sweet cherry with complex spice. Well balanced with acidity and alcohol, full-body with soft tannins on long finish. Nice value. — 5 months ago
whoa! wild, totally unexpected nose. never smelled a chard like this. Menthol, eucalyptus, mint. Andes mint. high elevation, select rows from a single vineyard. Unlike any other chardonnay. Flipping beautiful. High acid, lemony citrus and mineral on palate. the mint is fascinating- almost overwhelming. decanting would prolly help. 10 just because it’s so interesting, so delicious. but it is not identifiable as Chardonnay. — a year ago

Yum! Great cab franc from Trader Joes (not necessarily a "great" Cab Franc but great in that it's from TJ and really really good) — 7 months ago
Really stunning wine. Maybe best one ever and I have had everyone since 14. Nose is dripping with terror, deep forest, rain soaked moss, light sweet wood, burst of minerals and some green apple skins. But so stunningly pure. Palate is rich and ripe but so pure and juicy. Elegant and deep with a lovely opulence and wonderful freshness and lift. Impressive finish. Such an airy yet dense wine. Just glorious. — a year ago
