Medium golden color. Expressive aromas of lime, lemon and flint. The complex palate features grapefruit, almond and roasted coconut. Lovely mineral note on the finish. Nice creamy texture. Quite concentrated, plush and beautifully balanced. Outstanding! Appreciate you sharing this wine, Kase! — 8 months ago
Jello served separately for the kids. Not a wine pairing!

Result. Super fruity and as if it barely had oxygen. Nice a smooth with red raspberries a a hint of strawberry. Delicious — a month ago
Among my favorite Renaissance wines, surpassed perhaps only by the 2001. Still loads of sweet piquant red and black cherries, currants, stewed plums, dried meat, mesquite wood, chocolate, wet earth, graphite and iron. Tannins have dropped out (as evidenced by the loads of sediment) leaving a velvety smooth texture. Not falling off a cliff but should be enjoyed soon — 6 months ago
Fucking glorious Garnacha. Sous bois, turned earth, wet leaves, cinnamon, ground cloves, pepper, allspice, tar, crushed black plum and cherry fruit, almost dried tones mixed in, burnt earth, dried herbs, wilted flowers. Nose is subtle, but definition is there. Plate is a kaleidoscope of dark spices, savory earth, and gorgeous muddled fruit. Exotic, alluring in every sense, structured w/ powerful tannin almost reminiscent of Nebbiolo. A captivating wine in terms of texture and elegance. — 3 years ago
Terrific perfume on the nose of flowers, green apple, gorgeous mineral and sea air. Very alpine but also some Rully thrown in. Palate is round and rich but very fresh and with great amplitude. Hay like green apple and rich minerality on a sapid palate staining finish that is very long and has nice finesse. Terrific bottle. — 2 months ago
My first cult rosé. Hefty from all perspectives: eye, nose and palate. Flourishing, strawberry, cherry, some cinnamon and pepper as well. On the palate it drinks more like a light red than a rosé with lots of ripe strawberries and maraschino cherries but good acidic balance and even some tannins with a licorice finish. Even needed a good hr to open up. Pleasant mind bender for sure. Cheers. — 7 months ago
Nose has sweet minerals.
Palate is fresh apple. Very mineral. Some mountain stream. As this opens it adds richness and complexity. Extremely sprightly. Some lovely mild chalkiness.
Great change of pace wine. Im having with Chinese comfort food. Singapore chow mei fun.
Let’s see how this evolves.
