Leans into its carbonic character, with a confectionary nose of bright cherry-plum bubble gum, loads of granite, and almost a subtle just-dug root vegetable note. In the mouth it has an initial belt of high/toned fruit, but then slims down and eases into a lean feel, with fine, chalky minerality being the last characteristic. Definitely on the lighter side but quite flavorful. Seems a little disjointed and would probably benefit from another year or so in the bottle to come together. — 7 months ago
My first exposure to this producer was an absolute pleasure! Enticing floral notes foreshadowed crisp Asian apple and minerality on the mid and back palette. This wine was a perfect complement to oysters, scallops and mild white fish prepared for the table and enjoyed by all. — a month ago
First taste? That typical purple color but nose is well resolved with primary fruit having evolved into an intriguing dark berries earthy profile with a tinge of mintiness. Lovely and lively palate. Nice. — 7 months ago
A whiff of high quality Syrah which goes without saying. More savoury than fruit driven and at 8 years, leathery. A trace of oak. Not near as fruity as high quality Australian Shiraz. Cornas - Earlier maturing than Hermitage on the opposite bank and to the north. — 8 months ago
Intense savoury cherry. See previous Delectable note. Vacqueyras - 2nd only to Gigondas for Côtes du Rhône villages. This wine was 70% Grenache (over 60 years old), 15% Syrah (40 years old) and 15% Mourvèdre (40 years old). Tends to be slightly more rustic than Gigondas although this was very satisfying and good QPR. Alcohol a bit high at 14.5%. — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2021 “Beauroy” pours light straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of green apple, lemon/lime citrus, lemon curd, honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes form the nose. The finish is long and a touch rich for a 2021 Chablis. Compared to some other ‘21’s I’ve recently had, this came across more round. Very good. Drink now through 2031. — 6 months ago

Pale gold in color. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavors very present on the finish — 22 days ago
