Light bodied without being a pushover. Bright fruit, almost a bit green like unripened strawberries with a constant bitter note throughout - like unsweetened cacao nibs — 8 months ago

Smoky, slightly reductive, crisp apples, fragrant lemon peel and quite a bit of body. Nice balance between a smooth and creamy texture but still stringent and quite sharp - wonderful Auxey-Duresses Blanc — 2 months ago
Medium lemon yellow. The nose is med+ and rises easily from the glass with fresh notes of mineral stones, lanolin, salinity, and mixed fresh orchard fruits. The palate is med/med+ bodied, with mouthwatering and perfectly integrated acidity. The flavors cascade over the palate with energy and depth into a long, persistent finish. — 3 months ago
I like this one. Would pair great with Sushi on Fridays. Low concentration. Black Cherry on nose. Smooth and earthy, but light. Short finish. — 8 months ago

Decanted separately two bottles for Christmas lunch
Took time to open and second showed benefit of longer time to open with notes of wood with earth, cassis, black cherry and a hint of earthy floor. Showed excellent performance and flavours that also possessed benefit of cellaring and results in tremendous length and finish.
Top notch and likely will develop further — a day ago
