Nice mineral and salinity on the nose. Lemon peel.
Super supple. Persimmon. A ceiling of lemons. Medium acidity. A subtle sort of gradual acidity. Enjoyable. Medium intensity. Medium to long finish. Stays with you for a bit.
Nice chew. Lasting impression. Not overly complex but really delivers on the lemon oil and white flowers. A bit of persimmon creaminess.

Having too early, but couldn’t wait. So great. Baked apple, lemon/lime, stony minerality, hint of neutral oak, lemon curd, great acid. Finish is long and full. — a day ago

A hint of oxidative notes and a really pretty, quite intense nose. Lanolin, lemon oil, slate. Very clear and pretty with a splash of salinity on the finish. Good texture. Excellent. — 15 days ago
