Best Rose ever from some of the best grapes they farm - almost like a red - look at the color! Lots of umpf! Orange 🍊 ish nose. Darker fruit mostly with dollop of wild Strawberries and plenty of Bing cherries yet still tart. Harribo bears - the red ones! Dangerously drinkable. Unbeatable if you like E&M’s style. Cellar worthy. Superb vintage. — 2 days ago
The fruit & sense of place is so strong just from the nose…I could live here. Freshly picked strawberries, cardamon, old barn wood, but all so vibrant that it’s in 3D. Palate picks up the aromatics & redoubles them in intensity, along with black currants. So satisfying & generous, imagine in no small part helped by the six years of age.Lovely integrated mouthfeel too. — 14 days ago
Thoroughly enjoyed this bottle which reminded me of a more concentrated Oregon pinot. Focused on cherry and strawberries, and heavily earth bound. Dry and quenching, it kept me coming back even though each sip had a lasting finish. — 2 months ago
Tasted the E&M line up at the winery. It was mind blowing!!!!!🤯. These are the best wines they ever made. Both the reds and the whites were great from top to bottom. Kirsch Sauerkirsche, red currant, tart.
Light and elegant hint herbs a stupido good wine. And for the price unbeatable. — 3 days ago
Funky skin contact Pinot Gris. Grapefruit and orange/lime, chewy with the most delightfully soft, full texture. No hard edges. You can have fun just rolling this around in your mouth after getting getting a nose of caramel/citrus/damp earth/funk nose.

Fleshy and big at this point with amazing tannins. Too young. Cherry 🍒 driven at this point - the classic E&M black forest herbs are there. Seems to me comparable to a GC Vosne. This is a tremendous effort and will improve over time to a glorious benchmark Pinot. I suspect my rating will go up to a 9.8+ in 5 years. What a wine! Should have bought cases! — 12 days ago

Second from right. Beats red burgundies with ease…The 2022’s red and whites might be the best vintage they ever made. The whites are creative and unique - but the reds just floored me. Like a 1er Cru Gevrey Chambertin but better. Much better. Deep dark cherry galore, but also spice and it improved with oxidation over 48 hours, hints of lime, bark, just a touch of pine needles…fantastically framed at this point by high amounts at tannins. Even this mid level wine blowed my socks off. With a sense of place which the chiseled and fine tuned wines in Burgundy have lost. — 2 days ago
