World class. Fully mature. Cork in perfect condition. Brown tinged. This is how burghs used to taste before they were fine tuned for the rich and famous. I had difficulties with the 2011’s. But this B. and also the M. are perfect. Light and elegant, Bergamot, lime, cranberry, red currant, faintest hint of bitterness.

Excellent! Started off a bit medicinal but with air, the red fruit aromas came to play. Complexity is far reaching. Just so much going on in a good way. The wine kept improving and transforming throughout dinner.
