Just tried ‘18 again! A Fav! Medium lemon with aromas of stone fruits, spice, floral, cedar and citrus. On the palate apple, pear & ripe apricot with some citrus zest, honeysuckle and nutty toasty oak notes. Smooth, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit and integrated creamy oak. Nice! — 11 hours ago
Beautiful bouquet on the nose - a light mix of floral and fruit. Well balanced and slightly acidic. Big reds in this blend, with lots of jammie berries with a suggestion of vanilla. Probably could have stayed in the bottle at least another year. I’m curious how the taste will adjust as it opens more. Delicious and will go perfectly with our tritrip steak. — 8 days ago
Light golden in color.
On the nose ripe lemons, yellow apples, oak, light butter, citrus, vanilla, Indian spices, light honeysuckle and light tangerines.
Full bodied, creamy and bold, with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with red apples, oak, vanilla, citrus, spices, sea salt, white pepper and light earth.
Nice length on the finish with lemons and almonds.
This is a very tasty Chardonnay from Russian River Valley. Showing nice complexity, especially on the nose. I really enjoyed the nose more than the palate.
This four year old is drinking very nicely now with lots of oak and vanilla notes. Still very fresh.
Good right out of the bottle, and much better after 30 minutes of airtime.
This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is a good quality wine, that will continue to age nicely in the next five years. I've had this vintage a year ago, and it is much better now.
Nicely balanced with a great mouth feel. Buttery and creamy, and better when not very cold.
Aged in French oak barrels. A small production of only 350 cases.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

Yowza. This smells very very complex. Huge Pommard stoniness. Stone powder. Pulverized stones. So complex and so ebullient. What a nose. Insane cherry flower. Huge red cherries with rock dust on them. Amazing depth on the nose. A 9.5 nose. Just insane. What a value this wine is. Candied and confectionary. Wow stunning confectionery inner mouth aromas. So juicy and sweet with unreal fruit. This kid gets just insane fruit. Again, with that super 19 balance. So fresh and so sappy. This is so good. Also a meaty dimension as well. Focused like a laser and such pretty mid season cherry fruit and ripe, sweet and velvety tannins. Really terrific length and what a finish. This is great. So complete. A great SB! Blend of 96% Sauv Blanc with 4% Sauv Gris adding an interesting dynamic to the wine & distinctive aromas (prior to ‘18 vintage some Semillon added). Pale lemon color, citrus, tropical & floral aromas. On the palate peach, melon, herb & earthy tones, well balanced with acidity, smooth yet robust on a long finish ending rich with wet stone character. Good value! A Fav!! Very consistent with ‘18!! — 17 days ago
