We had a vertical tasting with 2007. Both excellent. 07 lighter in color. 07 a little more fragrant. Both had tastes of leather tobacco and black cherry. Both medium bodied. Going forward, I will drink Brunello sooner than 20 years. Some fruit got lost a bit — a month ago

We had the 2021 Vintage on 5/25/26/26. Not a bad Chardonnay. Definitely California. I get grapefruit on the bouquet. Lemon, pineapple, oak and vanilla on the palate. I did not get the green apple that other tasters noted. Medium bodied, not overly buttery. No acidic bite. — 13 days ago
