We had the 2014 Vintage on 2/27-28/26. Tastes of candied apple and bing cherry. A very good wine. The tastes now are different from when I had the same wine 6 years ago. Interesting. The remarkable comment is how this wine is sailing four years after the notes say it should be consumed — 10 days ago

We had the 2010 Vintage on 1/23/26. A good PN with scents of red fruit and eucalyptus. Raspberry and minerality and spice on the palate. Medium bodied, nice mouthfeel, Old World. Good, but expected more from a Grand Cru — a month ago

We had the 2007 Vintage on 2/21/26. An excellent aged Brunello. Leather, tobacco, raspberry, and rose petals. All the expected scents and flavors are there. I am glad we had this now; probably not going to be good much longer — 9 days ago

We had a vertical tasting of 2018 and 2020 Little Hill Single Vineyard PN. Both have similar bouquets and palates. Black cherry and minerality. 2020 is a little more floral. 2018 has a more darker tone; and that is good. Both have nice mouthfeels with smoothed out tannins. 2018 is a little more velvety. Both very good. It seems these PN need more time in the bottle — 25 days ago

We had a vertical tasting with 2015. 2014 has brighter tones with red cherry, Asian spices, blood orange. Very good. 2015 has darker tones and some green pepper. Different years, same vines; different wines. — 7 days ago

We had the 2021 Vintage on 1/29-30/26. A real good PN with darker tones. Black cherry, black raspberry and cardamom. Smooth, medium bodied, nice mouthfeel. Tannins all smoothed out. Fruit forward — a month ago

We had the 2017 Vintage on 1/23/26. There was an herbaceous bouquet. Tastes of red fruit but green pepper as well. This belies the cooler vintage and cooler location. I have had better from Patz and Hall. — a month ago
