Lemon cream, marmalade, dried mango, Indian spices. — a month ago
NOSE: coconut cream, custard, nilla wafers, grilled pineapple, a little mango. Smells like typical aged Suduiraut!
TASTE: the vanilla cookie is strong with this one - plus tres leches. 93.
Sauternes is one of my preferred pairings with pumpkin pie and whipped cream. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! — 15 days ago
Placed 2nd in small scale Pessac-Léognan tasting behind the 2010. This had a caramel nose, like caramel corn. Amazing. — 6 days ago

Medium deep garnet ruby quite , narrow rim . Quite deep and complex , dark and red fruits , blackberry, grafite , earthy notes , touch of dried spice , soy sauce . On the palate nice balance and fresh acidity , mix of red and dark fruits, red plum , blackberry , cassis , tobacco , scorched earth . Integrated and rounded tannins , ok length. Good now and over the next 8-10 years — 9 hours ago
2012 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 2 hours. Threw almost zero sediment. Reticent nose but chocolate, earth and coffee flavors. In a great place currently. 12.8.23. — 2 hours ago

A gorgeous Yquem. So balanced with amazing freshness and acid to its decedent, honeyed and floral layers. Still young of course, but already a stunner. — 6 days ago
