Drank with Father’s Day dinner of pappardelle bolognese at Corbin & Sons. Nice fruit and complexity with a velvety finish and mild tannins. — 14 days ago
Deep, rich, dark berry, & woody notes on the nose. Black cherry, blackberry, and currant on the palate with oak and leather. Dry, pleasant rustic tannins on the finish. — 20 days ago
Transparent garnet red. Inviting nose of black cherry and ashen violet. Well structured, full palate yields black cherry, violets, terra cotta, and soft anise. Firm, velvety tannins. Medium plus acidity. Excellent Nebbiolo with depth and structure enough to satisfy your Barolo cravings with the Tuesday night meal. Beef, pasta, rustic stews, and other hearty red wine fare will be just as at home as the take-out pizza. Drink now through 2027. — 17 days ago

Light, lush and forward. I clearly don’t drink enough Nebbiolo. Absolutely loved it. — 14 days ago

It’s either bottle variation or that the 2+ months of rest time has done this wonders. It was so different from the first bottle. This was all red berries, menthol, tobacco, and spice. Good energy, though the warmth does come through. Chewy tannins with a bittersweet finish, touched by some mineral and woody elements. Enjoyable, though I would have liked some floral notes. — 12 days ago
