2022 vintage. Light and subtle acidity, not overly buttery, but an evenly balanced oak and cream finish. Hints of apple on the nose. Continued to open up nicely after the first pour. — 17 days ago

Decent Willamette Pinot, 2023 vintage. Earthy undertones, medium bodied, light aromas of berry on the nose. Paired well with beef au jus. — a month ago
2023 Vintage. A very pleasant and easy drinking Napa Cab up front. Decent aroma on the nose, vibrant notes of cherry and blackberry, delicately structured tannins, with a very smooth finish. Not chewy or viscous, but still a bold Cab flavor that resonates with the right amount of spice. Would gladly enjoy again. — 8 days ago
2020 vintage. Heavy floral aromas of plum and cherry on the nose, deep ruby red in color. Full bodied, a slight chew on the initial intake, but still smooth on the finish. Continued to open up, great pairing with steak, phenomenal quality for the price range, $30-$40. — 24 days ago
2022 Vintage. Rustic red in color, cherry and pepper on the nose. A fairly dry Sangiovese, but after 30 minutes, it opened up nicely. Medium bodied, paired well with spicy sausage and potatoes. — a month ago

2019 vintage. Immediate aromas of plum, blackberry currant, and oak on the nose. Seemingly heavy, it is not chewy on the palette, but rather a surprisingly smooth and decently structured Napa Cab. Great taste within the first 30 minutes, didn’t need a lot of time to open up, despite being a 2019. — 15 days ago
2020 vintage, very delicate aromas of fruit and classic Pinot earthy musk on the nose, slight hints of leather. Very well balanced and with a subtle finish. Continued to open up after the first hour. Paired extremely well with filet mignon. For $35, I would partake in this again. — a month ago

2020 vintage, standard Chianti ruby red coloring, decent floral aromas on the nose, cherry and spice on the palette, complete shift in flavor after letting it breath for 30 minutes, it leaves a lingering but pleasant hint of smoke or burnt oak on the finish. — 3 days ago
