So for $11 this should be everyone's go to casual #bubblesonabudget. I mean, can you imagine the conversations that ensue when you talk about little talked about Limoux and the Mauzac varietal? Has a slight sweetness from some of the blended Chenin blanc but the Mauzac amplifies that green apple skin bitterness from the Chardonnay. The zesty limestone soil influences shine here too.
