Perfect on a muggy and unseasonably warm NoVa night. Wafty nose has some yeastiness overlaying deep slatey minerals. Ripe apple fruit with a kiss of white peach. Minerals, ripe fruit, and roundness in the mouth. Deep flavors. The acids seem low at first, but sneakily mount in the finish. Nicely done. — 6 months ago
