Amazing that this is 9.5% because it's so easy to drink a 750mL bottle. It really is wine quality. I have a hard time identifying the nose on beers but it reminds me of being inside the cow feed silo as a kid. It smells like late summer harvest left to ferment.

This is the closest I’ve ever come to Coche-Dury in a glass without actually drinking Coche-Dury. Same electric mineral snap. Same charged, high-tension citrus and stone. Same feeling of a white wine lit from within, like the whole thing is running on buried voltage. I am now on a mission to find this wine, because once you taste a Bourgogne Blanc that opens a little side door to Meursault heaven, you do not just shrug and move on. — 3 months ago
2023/6. Lovely aromas and a good mix of creamy fruit and spice. The acidity was quite prominent though (and this from someone who loves acidity)… — 3 years ago
2022/8. Along with the Fichet Bourgogne Blanc VV, this was part of some recent fun exploring lower-designation wines appending Meursault Charmes. Really nice - pretty much all the elements you could expect in a villages and then some. — 4 years ago
An elegant Burg - well balanced and smooth and well balanced on the palette. Perfect with a nice grilled Orata! — 8 years ago

Belgian fruitiness on the nose, pleasantly creamy head, medium bodied with a complex balance of sweet, bitter and fizz. Nice, dry finish. Great with spicy and fried food. — 3 months ago
Apple lemon custard with fine bubbles and a dry finish. Interesting delight pairing with duck! — 7 months ago
At Rijs Amsterdam recommended for fourth course of white asparagus. Beautiful! A more complex Rose that gets under your skin without you noticing until you think hey what’s that? Do soft in texture but shows complexity and it lingers. Paired perfectly. Yum! A surprise and a great discovery. — 3 years ago

This pint can of Perennial Artisan Saison de Lis is amazing and just what I’ve wanted!!!
This is a Belgian style ale brewed with Chamomile flower and it’s amazing, picture the frothiness of the chamomile tea, and it’s robustness and gentle bitterness in a beer form... it’s very very very good! — 8 years ago
