I believe I mentioned it before but this is such a great wine. This is like a good glass of Meursault. Full bodied and rich. Pairing so nice with ham, salcicio or figues.
Last year I had the chance to drink a 2005 and that was sublime. Here is fruit, wood, acidity coming afterwards.

This is really great stuff. I mean buttery fat rose wine. Or great white burgundy with some more fresh red fruit. This wine has it all. Even a great PQR!

Apr 5th, 2020Very particular this Cuvee Rosé from Burgundy. Has some red characteristics in the nose. It almost tastes like a Burgundy white but is has more bite. Would like to see this tasted in a black glass.
