Raspberry, unripe strawberry. A little on the acidic side, dry with a bit of minerality and what I think might be what people call "gamey". Opened up nicely, softer, riper red fruit, bit of damp forest, a little muddled and less clear. — 3 months ago

At Rijs Amsterdam recommended for fourth course of white asparagus. Beautiful! A more complex Rose that gets under your skin without you noticing until you think hey what’s that? Do soft in texture but shows complexity and it lingers. Paired perfectly. Yum! A surprise and a great discovery. — 3 years ago
