First time I ever had this wine and the tertiary notes are kicking in. Some broth and mushroom nose. The mouth is full with sultanas and thats about it. Depending on what you seek in a wine but for me it is past its prime at 13 years. — 11 days ago
@Kay Delectable this is Iona Monopole Fynbos Chardonnay. Wonderful expression of Chardonnay with a thick lime zest kick in it like some Corton Charlemagnes have, pairing wonderfully with lobstertail @vista in Rotterdam. — 3 days ago
