Dry, lightly malty lemon. It's good but I never like beer as much as wine... wish it was wine!

As a homebrewer who has made both Sake, and continues to make Saisons, I find this an amazing well though out integration of Kojii, Beer yeast, and grain.
A dry wave of semi sweet mid weighted liquid rolls over the palette with a strong dry finish of lemon and herb. Fantastic innovation.
