I love this blend. I’m a big fan of J. Lohr and came across this bottle in Costco. It’s soft, fruity, but bold. Smell notes of chocolate, strawberry. Tastes of licorice, plum, cinnamon. I’m sure this would be even more fantastic to cellar. — 2 months ago

Warm weather is here, so time to break out the Ribolla Gialla!

Orangish gold color. Honeysuckle, lavender, and perfume/floral tones. Wasn’t what I was expecting from having many past vintages. Wine is more refined and less acidic than I’m used to. That’s not bad, wine just seems mellower than normal but more complex. — 4 days ago

Perfect splurge for quick getaway to paradise for Presidents Day. The wine is medium gold in the glass… vibrant and alive with balanced acidity. Very similar but previous note as it has massive apples but a much better texture as it costs the palate. Light gold color. Apples and camomile on the nose. Apple explosion on the palate. Lively wine. Medium plus depth.

This got much better after 20-30 minutes open. The apples moderated. Revising score from 89 to 91. — 6 months ago
