I’m not a big pro at white wines but wanted something refreshing to sit outside with to enjoy today’s cooler weather. I normally like unoaked Chardonnays but I do like Francis Coppola wines so thought I’d try this one. It’s very dry with tropical fruit tastes. Has a nice long finish that makes you want the next sip. Now all I need is some sharp white cheese and crackers!

We loved the oak, and enjoyed watching the legs grow long. It paired well with some amazing spiced cod.

A good stock wine. Nothing fancy. A little dry but not overly so. Nothing stands out but nothing detracts, either. Somewhat better on its own than with food, IMO.

This little wine was good. Strong taste of pears but good after taste.. hint of apples but after that hoe is good
