this is a very nice wine but clearly meant to be a food wine vs a standalone. a lot of black olive character on the palate, very peppery, quite savory, not a fruit forward wine at all. paired with A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms , Season 1 — 3 months ago
For me this is too austere, too earthy, just not rounded enough to be delicious. very clearly a mountain / alpine profile. a bit too harsh on the palate though. — 2 months ago
