2020 vintage. A fave CA chard and producer. Medium-medium heavy body. Tasting slightly more tropical and advanced with less acidity than usual. Still absolutely delicious tho. Would like to retaste and reevaluate in 5-6 months tho. Based on 30 vintages of tasting this particular wine, betting it reconciles any tawdry, fleeting concerns that occupy my compromised palate and right quick. 01.22.25. — 2 days ago
Mount V just makes lovely Cab Savs! Still had tannin structure for 3-5 additional years of cellaring. — 24 days ago
Juicy dark fruit, complimented by black pepper, rich. — 23 days ago
Purchased from Marion Hotel and Cellars near Adelaide, we enjoyed this in American River on Kangaroo Island. This full-bodied Shiraz evolved beautifully over the evening, revealing layers of dark berries, pepper, tobacco, Australian bark and earth, and a hint of anise, with a spicy finish. Balanced and complex, it earned full bonus points for how much we enjoyed it. A great wine, albeit with a screw cap. — 23 days ago
Very nice CA aromas & OK palate & finish. Suspect that the RS is 1-2%. Easy drinking red wine. — 24 days ago

Rich black fruits in this structured mountain Syrah, quite full-bodied, some heat (14.8% ABV) shows in the long, lingering finish, very fine California Syrah!! — 11 days ago
