Wide open. Super juicy red fruit and mint. Buffet makes as good of volnay as anybody in my view. — a month ago
3 years since previous bottle, very mild integrated tannins, rich deep fruit mellowing into forest floor. Aromatic, some complexity over the evening. Nice. — 5 months ago
So I guess this is a Gamay from the Rhône? Didn’t know such a thing existed but this is the best “Rhône” I’ve had in a long time - mostly bc it’s a Beaujolais through and through - classic muddy/cloudy consistency, intense fruit on the nose. Only issue is that it’s still very sparkly on the palate, so definitely needs a few more years. Or a very long decant. Tons of potential — 4 months ago
This was still incredibly youthful. Would never have guessed ‘89. — 5 months ago
I like this one. Would pair great with Sushi on Fridays. Low concentration. Black Cherry on nose. Smooth and earthy, but light. Short finish. — 11 days ago
This Grenache-based wine has a lovely, light pink hue, very Provençal. The nose carries aromas of sweet grapefruit, lemons and ripe strawberries. The palate brings an acidity that is fresh and lively. Red fruit and citrus notes come through nicely. When I think of rosé, this is the sort of wine that is in my thoughts. This is what I want in my glass all summer. — 2 months ago

I thought this was younger—had the wrong vintage listed in CellarTracker. Still tasty but would have been better a couple years ago. Slightly past its prime. From magnum. — 6 days ago
