In southern Burgundy, at the northern border of Beaujolais, lies the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation. Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with notes of honey and vanilla oak. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Consistent quality! Nice! Good value! — 12 days ago
Big floral nose, bold flavor, great with steak. — 3 days ago
Pop and pour. On the counter unrefrigerated overnight. Notes from 24 hrs open. Leaning savory yesterday, but very savory today. On the nose: earthy bark, strawberry. On the palate: good acidity, lighter bodied, even for a burg, and earthy red fruit. Not amazingly complex, but food-friendly solid wine. — a month ago
Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits and complex spice. On the palate, flavors of layered fruit, ripe black cherry and raspberry with cedar, tobacco, herbs and nutty notes. Full soft tannins, balanced juicy acidity, long ending with fruit and earthy character. Outstanding! Wait on this a bit! — 23 days ago
Nice complexity. Has some jammy fruit at first and then the tannins slowly moved forward. — 16 days ago
