Feb 2nd, 2015Refined but also absolutely savage. Weightless. Black pepper, shrooms and a panoply of herbs and spices (mint, ras al harout, etc). Fruit didn’t come through until after almost an hour in the glass. Black currant and red plum still there. This wine takes me somewhere. Unquestionably one of the best wines I’ve had all year.
