Wonderful. Dark and brooding. Baking spices, plums. Lovely bottle development. — 11 days ago
Tried several bottles, all great! Founded by Cody and Marque Wright, yes that family of the great Ken Wright Pinot’s very nice small production Pinot, 1700 cases, sourced from 8 vineyards. Ruby, purple hues with aromas of blue and red fruits with an array of spices. On the palate youthful flavors of cherry and fresh strawberry, licorice notes with elegant spice. Fine tannins, long ending with fruit and tangy spice and mineral notes. Great now but a few years will bring out more of the wines complexity. — 10 days ago
yes, this is a photo of a computer image. tasted as part of a Mourvèdre wine group tasting via zoom, wines portioned into woozies. 2018v. super aromatic, raspberry/cranberry juice, fresh leather, violet. palate texture is silky, light but complex and flavorful, acid medium +, long tannins- just a bit of grip. fantastic — 2 months ago
Peach, magnolia nose with strawberry lime initial hit on the palate bracing acidity yet fruity. So good! — 2 months ago
A pleasant surprise. One of the better CA Syrahs I’ve had. Everything is really in balance. Lots of intense red fruit, game, smoke complexity in a very elegant and long finish. Would definitely buy this again. — 13 hours ago
Rd Winery Hundred Knot Rossi Ranch Grenache 2019 Sonoma Valley, California
This is a delicious Grenache from Sonoma Valley.
Showing black plums, black currants, coffee, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Medium plus in body and spicy.
Fruit forward with medium acidity and long legs.
Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Easy drinking, and the high alcohol is not noticeable at all, so watch out.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime (60 minutes).
Tasty and rich, with a nice mouthfeel. Good by itself or with food.
A blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah, that I paired with a gorgeous charcuterie board.
15% alcohol by volume.

Really good, but not quite the 2015. I continue to enjoy the relatively restrained quality of this inky black petite syrah. Chocolate, balsamic and the usual dark fruit on the nose. A cake and orange note. Creamy on the palate, with a long finish. — a month ago
