Pick this for something approachable and detailed. Pours a definite Syrah and Syrah being particularly idiosyncratic in many profiles, this happens to be a good one. One I like. Fruity and welcoming and just fine before dinner alongside cheese and olives.
Pours slowly - velvet ribbons in crimson purple. Soft and chewy. Singing...songs of raspberry, blackberry, cedar, cinnamon, and spends some time in metallic mineral corner of the periodic table. — a month ago
A nice Gamay that pairs well with chili. Consistent with earlier vintage previously posted. November 2022. — 17 days ago
Chardonnay from Jura, Macon or Pouilly-Fuisse or all three. I read several different “authoritative” statements. No vintage on labels but a cryptic L1718.
Hazy green lemon yellow in color. Nose/palate of citrus, apple, mint, almond and minerals. Oxidative and high acidity. Long and full with a great mouthfeel.
Really good stuff needing more time in the cellar. A 2-3 hour decant was insufficient. — 3 months ago

Def not my style and was not a great pairing with seafood pasta (too sweet) but good with cheese — 4 months ago
