Very solid bubbly at the under $20 price. Medium bubbles w a nice mousse. A touch of grassiness and a touch of dry and grassy flavors. I’m not getting the sweetness people have commented on. Nice stuff. I’d go w Roederer over this in a heartbeat at same price but this is intriguing. Also made a great French 75 after a glass by itself. — 17 days ago
Oh my! I tried this at Kristin and Darrel's housewarming party. So dangerously delicious! — 2 days ago
A spicy Pinot. White pepper, light red fruit, pine needles, oak, and a hint of motor oil. On the palate, it starts with a mild sweet/nuttiness. I suppose it's almond. It subsides with pronounced nuts, with low tannins..
Had this with baked cod. Nice pair .
Wow, so Delectable is great. I just learned that I had this wine/vintage last year, and rated it 89+ points. Nevertheless, this disturbed me. I can say that the residual sugar isn't hitting me this time (maybe bottle age is helping) otherwise, some notes are redundant-- e.g., spice. Also, the wood has definitely mellowed and now I find it enjoyable.

Natural wine at green zebra. Has deep purple color but has a good spice taste to it. — 8 days ago
Wonderful. Complex nose, leather eucalyptus, black fruit, pepper — 19 days ago
Whoa... so much to say about this. Love this producer. Will limit to maybe favorite Chardonnay in last 6-12months. Characteristics of burgundy - soft and lush mouthfeel, buttery notes, complexity - but great aspects of new world - slightly grass nose, citrus on palate and lush, low filtering body. Acidity is med/high and Montreal its is great. Color is unique - very pale gold but unfiltered appearance.
