Mid Ruby in colour. Earthy aromas - the perfume of Vosne Romanee. Sappy Red fruits - just medium weight. Expected more complexity from this 1er Cru and good vintage, although good persistence and length. Medium minus Tannins. I don’t normally comment on a wine label, but being a printer, this had the classic Burgundian graphic art and type face - beautiful! — 16 days ago
Favorite of the evening, herbal, smoky, pepper, cedar. A lot of energy and length, cannot wait to come back to it after time. — 2 days ago
Took a bottle home following the tasting. One of my favorite regions of Burgundy. Elegant in structure, fruit forward, very approachable with mild tannins, notes of cherry, tart raspberry, pomegranate, mild spices, light oak, and earth.
What is your favorite Vosne-Romanee and producer? I'm interested to try more! — 2 days ago
Amazing depth and power. Wood was well integrated but present. In spite of it retaining its youthful vigor not a hint of dryness or aggressiveness to the tannin. Instead a little sweet on the long lasting finish. — a day ago
