It needed a lot of air to start to show well. — 4 months ago
Lively bouquet on the nose and rich crème brûlée on the palette. A wonderful aged white burgundy — a month ago
Really great shape. Still somewhat youthful & fresh. Full bodied but very elegant. Flavors were fairly classic apple & citrus. Paid $50 way back when — 2 months ago
Medium lemon yellow colour . Quite rich and ripe on the nose with buttered popcorn , lemon oil , toasty hints and some honeysuckle and peach . On the palate this is also quite rich , with lemon peel , apricot and but balanced by good acidity and a quite saline mineral , seashell tinged finish . Drinking well now and over the next 5-8 years. From a half bottle . — 4 months ago
I struggled with this one blind, bright and lemony but round and a little nutty in the middle, an excellent Aligote but I’m more used to the more natty De Moor style. — 3 months ago
2024 spring. I was excited to have a bottle - any bottle - of Bachelet, an old favorite which I don’t drink much anymore due to price craziness. This was good, but perhaps due to the vintage was rather dense and dark and brooding - perhaps it will loosen with time — 7 months ago

I have been holding this btl in my cellar for many years & took it to a BYOB dinner where our table was serving mostly older Leflaive Chev & DRC Montys along with Leroy reds. This was everyone’s wotn a perfect btl that seems it could go another 20+ years. A monumental wine!!!! — 4 days ago
