Velvety red fruits, vanilla, rubber industrial tubing, cracked pepper and wet forest floor permeate the nose, with a slight malo character that pervades, along with an overall floral element that wafts throughout. You can tell the pedigree with this. Deep red/purple coloration on a medium to full body, and even though this in young, the acidity seems well aligned, with tannins perfectly integrated, dry, but not austere. Palate is rich and refined, with prominent red fruits, not overly jammy or fleshy, but silky plums, black cherries, granite or graphite, with pencil shavings, slight balsamic characteristics, and a loooong lingering dry palate that lingers for quite some time. Overview
A classic white Bordeaux blend of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. The estate is known for showcasing the nobility of Sémillon in dry form — rare in Bordeaux, where it is often associated with sweet Sauternes. Here, Sémillon brings waxy texture, depth, and honeysuckle complexity, while Sauvignon Blanc adds grassy aromatics and a zesty lift.

Aromas & Flavors
Expressive notes of ripe citrus, white peach, honeysuckle, and subtle herbs, framed by hints of wet stone and fresh-cut grass. The interplay of ripe fruit and grassy vibrancy creates both richness and freshness.

Mouthfeel
Medium-bodied with a supple, almost waxy texture from the Sémillon, balanced by Sauvignon’s crisp acidity. Clean, mineral, and refreshing on the finish, with good persistence.

Winemaking Notes
Harvested by hand and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel with partial maturation on fine lees to preserve both aromatic intensity and structure. This process highlights both varietals’ best traits.

More or less the same aspect as the Pucelles, medium gold in colour . A lot more reserved and younger on the nose , more linear and mineral , seashell, light lemon and some white flowers . This is discreet , at least on the nose , on the palate however this is intense but linear and focused , with a touch of lemon oil , but mostly chalky mineral , seashell notes , long vibrant length . Really fresh and vital though there is good mouthfeel , just a hint of toastiness on the finish . Long and fine , fresh and still young . From now and over the next 5- 10 years . Also a late release from the domaine , with wax capsule and Diam cork. — 2 months ago

Decanted this for an hour and a half and reserved a glass in the bottle for the second day. These notes are based on the second day, as the flavors seemed to shine through a bit more. On the nose, aromas of blackberry and leather, although had to do quite a bit of swirling to get the aromas to come through. On the palate, beautifully deep flavors of blackberry and black currant coming through, with hints of graphite and cocoa in the background. Tannins seems pretty well integrated with good acidity, although definitely some grip on the finish. Cocoa seems to come through a bit more on the finish as well. Overall really tasty, but seems to be closing down a bit for sure. I have one more bottle, so looking forward to seeing how this tastes in 5-10 years time. — 7 months ago
