Château Cos D'estournel

Château Cos d'Estournel

Saint-Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend 2004

Having had the coveted 2005 vintage just a few months ago, ‘04 is far more open and rewarding today. So seductive and captivating. Smoked meats, black fruits, balsamic glaze and hints of roasted sage leaves and tobacco. The tannins are integrated beautifully and the finish shows wonderful finesse, elegance and length. Gorgeous now but will continue to improve over the next 8-10 years. — 6 days ago

Made with organic grapes consisting of 60% Nero d’Avola/40% Frappato; aged in clay amphorae. It’s clean & expressive with an elegant balance & structure. Noticeable earthiness, spices and berries makes this an immediate crowd pleaser. Cheers🍷 — 2 months ago

Ramí Terre Siciliane Greciano Insolia

Bone dry, lively orange wine that just keeps getting better with air. Bitter lemon apricot. Over time it rounds out to bring the high acid in check. — 25 days ago

Terre Siciliane Zibibbo In Pithos 2017

White pepper, orange blossom, orange bitters, earl grey, pear. Cidery. Silky texture. Fine bitter-tannin finish. Medium-low acidity. Missing that acidity. Very pleasant. Better on night 2. — a month ago
