Not the first and definitely not the last time I'll drink this. Drinking pleasure is so high. So fragrant of potpourri, just ripe red fruits, pickled cherry, slight smoke, blood orange, spice and herbs. Has that cat tongue like tannin, pitch perfect acidity and feels at complete ease. Pizza would work well but sticking local why not go at with Sicilian swordfish w/raisins, capers and olive!?

Light, red fruit, low tannin, well-balanced and easy-drinking. Good but nothing major to write home about.

So light and juicy it almost feels like a sparkling. Agree with others that's it's "gulpable". This is so different than other wines. Sicilians do their own thing! Dear k at birthday dinner in the Terroni Wine Library.
