Côtes De Provence, Provence

Château la Tour de l'Évêque

Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2021

Bright, pale salmon orange. Shy nose and medium light palate underripe peach, dried strawberry, citrus pastels, and honeysuckle nectar, layered with other juicy fruity and floral notes. Medium acidity from entry to the moderate, red licorice finish. The gastronomic rosé from Regine Sumaire's flagship Château makes an excellent sipper, but shines when paired with food. Spring and summer fare (salade Niçoise is a classsic) of course, but anywhere you want a refreshing, light companion. Drink now. — 4 days ago

Les Vignerons de Grimaud

Fleur de Provence Rosé Blend 2020

Les Vignerons de Grimaud ‘Fleur de Provence’ Rosé 2020: Light-bodied. Medium acidity. Bright red fruit & citrus flavors. Dry finish. A refreshing blend of 60% Grenache & 40% Cinsault resulting in a non-complex but extremely enjoyable wine. What better way to enjoy the hot desert weather but with some pool time & Côtes de Provence rosé wine! Creating second generation friendships & memories. Cheers 🍷 — a month ago

Very mineral, saline and savory impressions. Not that complex not deep, but highly drinkable, fresh and thirst quenching.

Domaine Saint Andrieu

Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2021

Beach me up vibes all day baby. Smells like white peaches and clear skies and seashells. Zings on the tongue and you need that warming zing if like me you are gonna dip into the Pacific (soon I hope anyway I love the sea). The palate is chilled melon, gushing wet stone, and some sort of flower whose name I’ll never remember.
It’s terrible, I can name 7 synonyms for Tempranillo, but when it come to the rest of all botanica I can’t get it together.
Anyway. This finishes a with a hit of grapefruit flavor so from stone fruits to melon to citrus it runs the fruit gamut.
Gushing wet stone is the through-line. I don’t know if it has a dramatic arc but I don’t think it needs it.

Côtes de Provence Tibouren Rosé 2020

Nose has clementine orange zest, dried apricot, dried orange, warm strawberries and salted peach wedge.

Palate has dried peach, dried clementine orange, dried strawberry, orange zest and light saline notes on the finish.

Very consistent with my notes on prior vintages; a great wine for enjoying young or 3-5 years past current release.

@Dawn E. Yes, lots of variations on this Clos Cibonne, but this is a wider issue with the App 🤷🏻‍♂️, not for me to solve or police.
