The color is reminiscent of delicately poached salmon. In the nose there is a beeswax and lemon. Very delicate flavors or citrus, unripe strawberry and confectioners sugar. Lingering finish. Delicate but delicious — 2 months ago

Maybe too young to tell but I really enjoyed this. Although is has a somewhat muted nose, it was reminiscent of cling peaches and a dash of iodine. The flavors are unapologetic. Bold fruit, tomato leaf, cured meat and integrated tannin. Long finish — a month ago
Wow. Still needs to be decanted. BOLD flavors of olive wood and smoked meat. Savory umami off the charts…. Terroir firmly in place. Medium finish. Drink it now — a month ago
White citrus in the nose. Burst of flavors on the palate. Green apple, quince, slight smoke, pomelo and under ripe pear. Longish finish — 9 days ago
Good but lacking any depth. Smoky red fruit very little tannin. — a month ago
Excellent structure with red fruit underpinned with barnyard. — 2 months ago

Still surprises me how much I love this variety of wine. There’s just amazing citrusy, white orchard fruit, but a savory under pining that makes them incredible with food. — 9 hours ago
