Needs air. Better at 60° than 50. Bitter Aperol quality. Viscous. Orange blossom, guava, kiwi, apricot, and gravel. Alcohol stands out a bit. Likely just needs more time.

Vintage 2022 | Proof that rosé can be complex and complete. Salmon colour, spicyness in smell, good acidity and long aftertaste. Great effort. Foodwine.

Medium light salmon pink . Quite discreet nose with strawberries and cream , rose and lightly herbal, garrigue touches . On the palate quite round and juicy , red fruits , strawberry , raspberry , light herbal notes. Ok acidity , good texture and intensity with balanced alcohol . Ok length , but just finishes a little flat, missing perhaps a bit of freshness. This would probably be a good match with food due to its ample texture . Drinking well now and over the next 3-4 years in order to preserve the freshness .
