Some deep leesy qualities, a hint of earth, lily flower and petrol on the nose. On the palate it’s flint, honeycomb, yeasted cake, and a savory marmite-like quality. Firmly mineral on the palate, such a great structure. Will be interesting to try again in a few years. Great stuff!

Powerful wine. Aroma of saline sea, red apple and lemon. Some sweetness and flowers. Minor oxidative note. Tart apple with a long nutty finish. Don't drink too cold.

Saline/floral nose. Grippy palate, no flab. Mineral. Texture is fabulous. Really an unsung Tempier (in the words of @Anthony Lombardi). Perfect with herby spanikopita & marinated lamb.
