Great bottle! No 🐞 problem with this one. Quite complex and in a very good way right now. — 20 days ago
There’s village Burgundy and then there’s Roumier Chambolle-Musigny! 2016 is in a perfect spot, ushering in secondary complexity at age nine in a captivating perfume synonymous with the Domaine, and a structured, but silky mineral inflicted palate with fine grained tannins. Roumier always hits 🫰🏻 — 4 days ago
Medium lemon colour . Very little perlage . This is quite mature on the nose with some orange rind , touch of honied brioche , dried chanterelles and some oyster shell . Some roasted almond , really quite intense on the palate , high refreshing mineral tinged acidity , orange peel , nutty , slightly honied long and quite electric finish. This holds up pretty well in the glass becoming more chalky and mineral. Drink now and over the next few years, at least on this showing . — 20 days ago

Cherry confit nose with balsamic violets. Soy attack. Some energy and firm tannin (from oak?). Beautiful finish. — 4 days ago
