Delightfully carbonic and stemmy. Notes of tart and ever so slightly underripe blackberries and raspberries. Very floral and true to Fleurie. Love it. Wish I saved it for Thanksgiving. — 2 months ago
It went with tuna it went with butternut squash soup with a hazelnut foam, it went with rabbit and duck. Delicious and light, but still engaging and lovely with all sorts of flavors of flowers and roses and earthy spices and everything in between. Very versatile wine. — 11 days ago
When the weather gets colder sometimes I drink Bordeaux. Probably one of the best vintages for the Château along with ‘82, and it’s in a great spot. Classic mature Paulliac with terrific complexity, an alluring sweetness and long, balanced finish with fully resolved, silky tannins. Fully open and giving. — 2 months ago
Young entry level wine from this producer. Took an hour to open up. Nice depth a slightly reductive characteristics, in a good way. Will add depth over time — 21 days ago
