Pale gold color. On the nose apple, lemon pie, wet stone. Medium body. Dry. Creamy texture, mineral driven. Fermented in 75% steel tanks which and you can taste it. Long finish with taste of citrus, toast, grapefruit. I would like it more with more dosage. — 23 days ago
