2 hour open bottle before drinking. Paired with short rib ragu over penne. Wow. This wine was excellent. Smooth elegant. Great terroir but soft. Great finesse. Held up to the richness of the short ribs.

This is an absolutely delicious bottle of Barbaresco. Nice fruit and structure with just the right amount of spice. Super pleasant and I can’t believe I only paid $26 for it a few years ago. Makes me second guess a lot of my more expensive purchases.

Dark Ruby red/purple, medium+ viscosity. Tar, rubber, ripe, smashed cherries and lots of acid on the finish. Really enjoyed this wine!

Oct 9th, 2017There is a ton of sulfur on the nose here, and a long decant might have helped it blow off. That being said, the palate was full of beautiful fruit and a lovely balance of fruit, tannins, and acidity. Went really well with pasta and bolognese sauce.

でも、窮屈なところはなく、うっとり感あり。
豊満。香りはボンテージ感あり。エロい。
