Blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc with 5% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Gris, aged 50% new oak. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits, citrus and blossom with spicy notes. On the palate flavors of peach, pear and pineapple with slight citrus and honeysuckle adding pepper spice. Long finish, balanced acidity, ending with a fruit, oak and chalky mineral spice character. — 7 months ago
A beautiful expression of a late harvest Semillon dessert wine.. in the French style. Luc Morlet is a master! — 23 days ago
See previous Delectable note in December 2024. Amazingly pale for a 14 year old white. Aromatics of lemon, lanolin and wet straw. It hasn’t yet developed the toasty characters I was expecting, indicating still a long life ahead. Overall this is delicate on a light bodied leanish palate. Only 11% ABV. Lovers of big buttery Chardonnay may not appreciate this wine. 3 bottles left - I will try and have the next one in 12 to 18 months. — 3 months ago

Layers of currants, red fruit, and overlaying wet clay, herbs, and vanilla. Smooth finish Lovely South African. Needed time to breathe. — 8 months ago

A beautiful blend that somehow shows each element while being nicely integrated. Rich, round, Semillon and bright, floral and citrusy Sauvignon Blanc. Highly age-worthy — 3 months ago
Blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc & 35% Semillon, pale lemon-green color with pronounce aromas of tropical and stone fruits with herb notes, 25% new oak. On the palate flavors of melon, apple and grapefruit with peppers and a touch of herbs. Medium+ length, balanced lively acidity, ending with a fruit and mineral character. Very good to drink now, will benefit from bottle aging. — 3 months ago
