This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Pessac-Léognan. Crisp and refreshing with nice weight and complexity.
Nose is gentle and elegant. The palate is crisp, dry and rich.
Showing citrus, lemons, spices, light wood, green apples, grapefruits and minerals.
Nice length on the finish with limes and minerals.
A Good quality wine. Definitely my favorite white Bordeaux so far.
This 5 year old is drinking very nicely now, and will continue to evolve in the next 5 years.
Needs 30 minutes to open up properly and show more complexity.

I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
A blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Sémillon and 5% Sauvignon Gris.

Blend mostly Sauv Blanc with bit of Semillon and Sauv Gris. Pale lemon with aromas of tropical fruits with blossom and oaky notes. Palate flavors of peach, melon and citrus with floral spice. Medium+ length, balanced acidity, ending with a fruit and oaky spice character. Very good!

Tasted blind. Couldn’t get there...At one point said oaked Sauvignon Blanc 🙄 absolutely delicious.

17+/20 (92+/100) Вино с ароматами смородинового и горохового листа, мёда, пчелиного воска, абрикосов, ананасов, спелого белого яблока и хлебной корочки. Высокая кислотность, умеренная тельность, меловая текстура. Ананас и облепиха во вкусе. Вино уже обладает сложной ароматикой, однако кислотность не вполне интегрировалась, требуется дальнейшая выдержка в бутылке. (04.10.2017)
