Wood, licorice, a then cherry arrives (breathe deep). Carries an age and brightness in flavor that can’t be possible but is nice. Plum, and cherry come through. Very nice. — 18 days ago
... and then there was dinner. Grilled balsamic / soy marinated skirt steak, roasted and herbed baby bell peppers, and grilled ciabatta, paired with Zuccardi’s, Concreto, Malbec from Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. Delish!!!! Vintage 2017. ABV 14%.
To start, as noted, the Ruinart! Paired with ribboned cantaloupe, sugar snap pea, ricotta, and tarragon salad. 💕 — 7 days ago

Super racy and high minerality vibes(borderline fizzy Bojo without funk and over-acidic) — 22 days ago
Very carbonic nose. Red cherries, cranberry, mulberry bog, spices, some earth and mineral. Delicate and nuanced. Expansive and deep. Great nose. Classic Foillard CDP. Palate is focused like a laser. Juicy, complex, fresh and structured. As far as carbonic bojo goes this is hard to beat. A baby now but so balanced, complete, complex and classic. Terrific. — 6 days ago
