Heard many good things about la petite chapelle. Didnt dissapoint. Silky smooth and a fine line of minerality. Raspberry and redcurrant fruits. Floral but slightly short. Crushed rocks but not as complex. Has spice notes but slightly hollow bitter finish — a month ago
Another natural like wine. Very light and spritzy. But not too bad — 2 months ago
Initial nose of barnyard and vege. Still can feel a strong middle tannic backbone. Saline minerality and silky. Fresh food and spice. Finish a abit capsicum vegetal and slightly bitter. There is a sort of savoury plummy nose and resolve into more bubblegum. Crushrd rocks and powdery — 20 days ago
Steamboat at friend place. Opening it was dramatic. First time use the prong opener. Nose of light mineral, eculyptus, leather,. Palate is very smooth, silky and elegant. Finish slightly bitter. After a while there is more green and spicy. It gets better as ot decants. Maybe breath for 1hrs. The fruits are fading but its tertiery characters are there. — 3 months ago
