Always a very good value burgundy. Light, silky and elegant. Wondering whether henri jayer would be similar to this — a month ago
Bachelor nite. Wife to work at hk n sg. Very aromatic and complex. Strawberry and eculyptus. Roses and crushed rocks. However the palate is rather thin and savoury. Grippy tannin. Start to have smoked tea leaves. Red currant and blue fruit. After decanting it becomes less grippy and more smooth and the aroma more toward light red fruit and more mineral but overall the finish still abit bitter grippy and tannic — 2 months ago
First time this region. Rather pinot noir style. Not very complex and light and savoury and bitter finish — a month ago
Drank early to test after disaster of wine fridge created mould on my 12 most expensive wine. Then the fridge iced on the back. Stressed and bought a new fridge.
Tasted it - quite bitter on the finish and not sure if corked due to mold. But after decanting for a while better but still got a bitter core. Ot has it black tea, raspberry and vosne spice. Nose is good but the palate is not good. So i cannot confirm if the wine is affected by the mould or not changing wine fridge filter — a month ago
Dinner out with jimmie friend from kl. Eventhough opened too young but overall a very good Shiraz — a month ago
