Organic wine is not my style. Too light, less fruit and savoury. — 2 months ago
Initial nose of barnyard and vege. Still can feel a strong middle tannic backbone. Saline minerality and silky. Fresh food and spice. Finish a abit capsicum vegetal and slightly bitter. There is a sort of savoury plummy nose and resolve into more bubblegum. Crushrd rocks and powdery — 2 months ago
