Pleasing #viognier from #elquivalley. Unscrewed the top over a week ago, less impressed than. After settling for that much time in the cold section of wine fridge, this wine is delightful as it warms up. Citrus, white flower, green herbal notes on nose. Glossy texture on palate, though the varietal is typically lower acidity it’s still well balanced with a hint of honeyed sweetness on the tongue. Paired so well with a parsley, mushroom and jalapeño croissant Strata with fresh tomato sauce. — a year ago
