It's been a great week with the amount of #Roulot in my feed and I wanted to finish the streak with this Bourgogne Blanc — I am a die hard fan of this bottle because of its value and tremendous quality. Too young, not relenting much. On day 2 via a 1 week Coravin sappy red currants envelop the nose with some scrub and iron. On the palate things are tighter with a linear and compact presence. The fruit is more like raspberry. If you have this I would wait another 2 years or carefully watch other comments for this vintage. #roulot — 8 years ago
